SJHI Volunteers:
Where Faith and Action Meet

Embodying a “love thy neighbor” motto, SJHI volunteers play an integral role in our work of Helping Homeownership Happen.  We love learning about the gifts and talents of our volunteers and what they can bring to the table.

“It's a gift to be able to create a place that someone will call home. Home ownership provides a great sense of pride and stability. It builds community and strengthens neighborhoods. It is rewarding to be a small part in helping someone achieve the dream of home ownership. As a Saint Louisan, I am proud to help build up and stabilize neighborhoods. As an old house owner, it feels great to revitalize charming homes and make them sparkle again.”
