This free homebuyer education program is sponsored by St. Joseph Housing Initiative and helps participants begin a journey of preparation towards a goal of achieving homeownership. SJHI holds multiple series per year, in our north and south city neighborhoods, and holds series in both English and Spanish. Each HRA series includes 4 classes, which currently include:

Home Maintenance/Being a Good Neighbor
