HOMEOWNER READINESS ACADEMY

St. Joseph Housing Initiative offers a 4-class series of homebuyer education, multiple times a year. These free classes are required for those who wish to purchase an SJHI home, and open to any first-time homebuyers of low and moderate income.
HOMEOWNERSHIP

SJHI offers fully renovated homes exclusively for purchase to qualified first-time homebuyers of low and moderate income, with an array of benefits to encourage homebuyer success.
